Nick has started kindergarten, hard to believe but he is a big guy now. The first picture is from the meet the teacher night where we met Mrs. McKinley and took a tour of his room. He likes that he has his friend Drew in his class. The second picture is the man himself in his uniform. I know he will do great and he is already having a great time in class.

The boys spent the summer, when not on vacation, at the Goddard School. They really liked being at the same school and seeing each other on the play ground. I liked that they were at the same school so the drop off was way easier than at two locations.

The school was great and we would recommend them to anyone. The last week they were there it happened to be an ice cream social which was fun. Now that school has begun for Nick, we are back to two places, but we will always have the memories.

Vanilla please

This July, as was the same a couple July's ago, we went to visit the Lahuts in New Hampshire. This time we spent more time in Portsmouth and less at the lake and had a great time (I am sure the close location relative to the Portsmouth Brewery had nothing to do with that). We were hosted by the lovely Sarah and Aaron "needs my lawn mowed" Jones. We had a great time at their pad, going to the park, playing outside with the bubbles and bug kit, and yes, going to the Brewery. No trip to NH should be without the lady of the lake Mary though, and that is where Nick would love to live, he told me so.

We also went to the beach a few times, had some picnics at the park while listening to music and so much ice cream we were Almost tired of it by the end of the trip.

Dad's favorite parts was the brewery and Annabelle's ice cream. Nick loved the lake the most and Adam was fond of the bubbles. Mom I think enjoyed the time with Sarah and Emily the most.
