Adam is doing great as well.  His neck is strong now but he is such a load you can't stand to hold him for very long.  He sleeps through the night 80% of the time (knock on wood) and wakes up smiling and cooing.  He is learning to love the Baby Bjorn which gives us another set of hands to do whatever needs to be done.

Mom and Dad are hanging in there, waiting for a vacation to Disneyland in a couple weeks.  It is unpaid time off but at least it is time off (and a job to go back to at the end of the week).  Dad was sick early this week but a couple of nights with 10 - 11 hr of sleep did the trick.  We finally got tired of an uncompleted back yard so we are in process to fix it up.  We changed the grass border to the concrete curbing and Jen says it looks great (I haven't seen it yet).  Next up is the kids play area with rubber curbing and rubber mulch so they can fall and not hurt themselves.
